I recently booked this car and had a fantastic experience. The vehicle was in excellent condition, very clean and with tank full of gas. The customer service was top notch, with very friendly and helpful assistance. The flexibility in pickup and return times was a plus. I highly recommend this vehicle. I will be renting it again on any of my returns to Miami.

This is a lovely car, immaculate and new. The communication with Joyrides was always spot on. He explained everything before the check-in, and getting the car was smooth and quick. The car is new and in perfect condition. Driving is enjoyable; it's comfortable, fast, and agile so that you can move through South Florida traffic. We asked for a child safety seat, and Joyrides provided a high-quality one, almost new. I absolutely recommend this car to other Turo users. I'll definitely book again.

Upon landing in Fort Lauderdale, I immediately received a Turo notification linking to a YouTube video. To my surprise, it was the host showing tire pressure for each tire, followed by another video guiding me from baggage claim to the car's location. Exceptional communication, exceeding expectations. Excellent rental experience. Phenomenal car, new, clean, attention to details like color matched floor mats are beyond expectations. The host provided even phone charger cables, for convenience. I strogly recommend this host and this car.
